This 110-bed hospital was an interesting design challenge. The medical planning was
complex to solve since the site was a narrow and the setbacks resulted in a very thin
foot plate. The departmental layouts were achieved to the client’s satisfaction. The budget
constraints caused very careful material selection and was a greatly debated phase. Despite
the challenges a successful design solution was made and the 90000 sqft hospital was
successfully commissioned. It has 8 Neuro Beds, 1 cath Lab and 4 Operation Theaters.
