The Office Building for a software company in Seattle was challenging because it was built around very technically challenging sustainable technologies. Use of day lighting, reuse of water, efficient hvac system etc.RSMS scope started at the design development stage and ended with the construction documentation stage. RSMS team assisted the principal architects in documenting the CD and visualizing the services and other building components to assist them in meeting the program objectives. RSMS deployed a team of 6 over a 3 1/2 month period, with data synchronizing at end of each day.
