This 170-beded hospital has been designed on a footplate of 160,000 sqft. The design
of this hospital involved the creation of 2 towers around a central core. The main aim of
the design was to achieve the most efficient usage of space. It houses 7 Operation Theatres,
2 Cath Labs, 10 Neo-NCU, 9 MICU, 5 CCU, 13 SICU, 8 Neuro Beds. The project is located
on state highway with an overview of Victoria National Park & Gaurishankar Lake. The
towers were positioned to maximise views into the adjacent natural habitat and towards
surrounding landmarks.
