This Healthcare Facility was a Brownfield Development. The existing building was
renovated as a Renal Hospital with a foot plate of 60000 sqft. Even though the medical
program was severely restricted due to the existing column layout, the client’s objective
was met with minimum circulation and ample of daylight and ventilation. This project
has 62 IPD, a small 8 bed NICU, 14 bed ICU, 2 Major OT & 1 minor OT.
